Dinner & Dessert Details

Dinner will be served by the Hilton serving team shortly after happy hour. There are four meal options which we hope cover most food allergies. We must note that the kitchens for the meal and the dessert maker are not certified gluten free, but they are making every effort possible to avoid cross contamination.


(Gluten free) Sirloin steak cooked medium rare with a chocolate demi-glace, sweet potato puree, and broccolini with oil and light vinegar.

(Nightshade free) Chicken with orange and balsamic vinegar demi-glace, risotto with apple wood smoked bacon, and broccolini with oil and light vinegar.

(Vegan) Cauliflower steak Parmesan with vegan cheese and tomato sauce, cauliflower and garlic mash, and asparagus with garlic and oil.


(not pictured) (Light meal) Chicken tenders with a side of mac & cheese and a side of mixed vegetables.

(Meal not required) We realize we may not be able to attend to everyone's dietary needs. If you would still like to attend the reception without a meal, please choose meal not required on the RSVP. Our venue unfortunately does not allow meals to be brought in from outside the venue, but we will understand if you decide to step out to grab food that works for you, and then return for dancing and partying.

Cupcakes will be supplied by Tamara the Cake Guru. We've worked with them to provide four options that should hopefully cover any allergies we are aware of. Please see the list bellow for known allergens we are tracking. These allergy lists will also be at the cupcake displays.


All cupcakes should be free from potato, tomato, peppers, lemon, honey, shellfish, black bean, peanut, tree nut, and tree nut extract
